All the computer activities can be monitored remotely by employers, some even allow admin to monitor employees’ computer screen in real time.
This kind of programs are similar to keylogger which can track all keystrokes typed in keyboard, but apparently more extensible than keyloggers. Before monitoring employees’ computer, I recommend administrators of businesses to issue specific regulations and rules about company network and computer use, and urge employees to learn the rules about data security and network security so that they can keep ethical in work. To prevent legal disputes employees must be reminded of the monitoring action that they won’t disclose their own privacy in work. This software costs much less than many other expensive programs, and it can be programmed to record selected details or even report back live; it can record and store all the data parameters that has been set if any legal action is to be pursued.
